Translation of Andy part of guidebook by Toby Normoyle.

Andy lived next door to Cheryl and went to the same school, but he was too shy to talk to her. One day he finally does get the courage, leading to him hiding in Harry’s Jeep and coming to Silent Hill. He falls asleep in the trunk. Harry sees a human figure in the road and crashes. Andy wakes up alone…

In Andy’s scenario, both endings lead to his falling down a hole in the road. This likely takes place while Harry is off at the cafe or slightly later. Somehow he later meets up with Cheryl at the aqueduct, and they end up falling into the lake. Cybil comes to their rescue and later finds Andy’s doll.

Since the 4 scenarios have apparently ceased to exist and only the guidebook remains, it is impossible to know exactly what happened to Andy.

Nothing is known about his family, but we do know from the Play Novel that he had seen and spoken with Alessa.
