Lisa is a young nurse who works at Alchemilla Hospital. She is best known as the caretaker of Alessa. Lisa is addicted to drugs, and probably gets them from Dr. Kaufman. She mentions the drugs in her diary in SH1, and there is drug paraphernalia in the hotel room where we see Lisa and Dr. Kaufman in 0rigins.
Harry meets up with her a few times in the original game, and she reveals details about Dahlia and the town to him. She seems a bit confused, but we later learn the reason that she’s still wandering around: she is apparently like the other nurses in the hospital, but she didn’t realize it before. She bleeds profusely from her head and eyes, and Harry runs out of the room. We see her later, when she pulls Kaufman down below the grates in the end area.
Lisa in Origins is several years younger, and still alive. Travis meets up with her in the hospital. She flirts with him a bit and says she wants to be an actress. He later sees her through a peephole, in a hotel room with Dr. Kaufman.
Harry meets up with Lisa in Shattered Memories, as well. She looks a bit different, her hair looks reddish, and she has had a car wreck. She fell asleep at the wheel and drove right into the hospital. Harry goes back to her apartment with her. She also uses drugs in SHSM; she says it’s one of the benefits of working at a hospital. She asks Harry to get her some pills from her bathroom cupboard. Later, he returns, but Lisa has died.
