C:\Program Files\Konami\Silent Hill 2\data\save\Folder 01
Then the save files themselves are in that folder.

Yes. You need to have SH2 installed and some save files. Or just save files in the appropriate place.

Depends where your sh3 ones are. like if it’s:
c:\program files\konami\silent hill 3\data
