These files can be found on the disc:

Relics of an unfinished UFO ending:

There are some leftovers from a UFO ending, though this was apparently never completed. The texture from the Channeling Stone is found in hidden room at the end of the hall in Henry’s apartment, suggesting that it would have been located there. There is also a bottle of red oil, a dirty stone, and a courtyard key. All these items can be found in the items texture files, which are used to display the items in your inventory, but the only one with a model file on the disc is the courtyard key. It has been suggested that the dirty stone is really the Channeling Stone, and that you have to wash it. These items can be displayed by using Action Replay codes, but cannot be used.
So, one possibility might be that Henry would have gotten a Courtyard Key, which he uses in a courtyard somewhere, where he might have found the Red Oil (or maybe it led to a building in which the oil would be found). Then, later on, he breaks down the wall in Room 302 and finds a Dirty Stone in the hidden room. He washes this and it becomes the Channeling Stone, which he uses to get another ending.

Yeah, the dirty stones may have been washable to become the channeling stone, or they may have been used somehow in the churchyard. I made a video with some more pics here:

ROFL odd the first two pics seem to be some type of anime pics? I dont think those are ment for this spot B: who knows lol. Very interesting though. The fact that those items lead to a possible UFO ending makes me sad there wasnt on.
