use to edit/view all the text in the games.
if the text doesn’t show up right or is in Russian, DELETE the russian language file (there is an English and Russian file).
open a file in the directory shown in the pic above. the last letter in each file name indicates what language it’s in, so you need only edit the ones in your language. after selecting file, hit the decode button for each text to be listed below it. cllick one to view and/or edit, then hit insert/replace to change.
