I have nothing to do with this program, I am just posting a tutorial.
README FILE: Open .PAK files in your Homecoming\Engine\pak\pc directory, and you may browse their contents. Only open the first .PAK file in the case of the numbered files, as the first (largest) file has the file indexing. Scarlet will read into the other extra .PAK files silently as needed.

The Global.pak or the first file of a fileset with numbers are the ones you can open here. Then you can scroll through the internal files with the list on the left. Click on a file to view it or hear it.
README FILE: The “Export” menu allows you to export the currently selected resource. In addition to raw export, some resources can be exported to friendly formats, such as .ogg, .dds, and WaveFront .obj.

Export > Interpreted will allow you to export some of the files to formats like *.obj. Raw text dump will export models to ASCII, which can be opened in programs like Milkshape.

The “VIEW” menu will allow you to select which attributes are shown. On models, you can select the surfaces in a second menu on the left to enable or disable them.
