You can’t make it happen. If Heather dies,it might happen but it’s random.
i dont need to finish the game right cuz i’m stuck with the last boss it’s so hard i’m gonna lose my mind with it
And it only happens in certain areas. Can’t remember which besides the ones pictured (park/mall/alt. mall) off the top of my head.
